Job summary

GSK is seeking a Patient Access Manager (PAM) for field-based coverage, enrollment, and financial assistance guidance within the Oncology portfolio. You will serve as the primary contact for consented patients and caregivers, supporting onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment navigation.

You will educate providers on payer coverage and sequencing of access work, collaborate with Specialty Pharmacy and back-office teams, and ensure compliant documentation in our systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related access roles.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, educating on oncology-specific care and finances.
• Guide patients through enrollment in GSK services and PAP.
• Educate on coverage, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options within program rules.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and separate patient-facing from account-facing activities.
