Job summary

GSK is seeking an experienced Patient Access Manager (PAM) to act as the field-based SPOC for providers and patients across the Oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journey, coordinating with offices on coverage, coding, and payment questions after a prescribing decision has been made.

Responsibilities include patient navigation, enrollment support, education on coverage and financial assistance, and ensuring compliant communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related areas.
• Travel up to 20%, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, providing approved information on oncology care and program resources.
• Educate providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies using approved materials.
• Educate patients on coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
• Manage enrollment in GSK services and guide offices through enrollment requirements and consent capture.
• Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM according to program standards.
