Job summary

GSK seeks a field-based Patient Access Manager to guide providers and patients through coverage, reimbursement, and support for the Oncology portfolio. You will serve as the primary SPOC for consented patients and caregivers, managing onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journey across the territory.

In addition to patient interactions, you will educate offices on payer requirements, resolve access barriers, and coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy and GSK teams while maintaining compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; oncology experience preferred.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or access programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients and caregivers on coverage and access.
• Educate providers on payer policies and assist with prior authorizations.
• Navigate enrollment in GSK services and coordinate with ecosystems.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and ensure HIPAA compliance.
