GSK is seeking a Patient Access Manager (PAM) to serve as a field-based single point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers within the Oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journey while handling coverage, coding, and payment questions in a compliant, HIPAA-conscious manner.

You will educate office staff on payer policies, assist with enrollment and prior authorization, and coordinate with specialty pharmacies and back-office teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related access roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license required.

Mansioni

• Serve as the field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, providing approved information on oncology coverage and programs.
• Educate providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Move cases through enrollment, prior authorization, and appeal processes with accurate documentation in the CRM.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and adhere to HIPAA and compliance guidelines.
