Job summary

GSK is seeking a Patient Access Manager who guides patients and providers through onboarding, coverage, and reimbursement within the Oncology portfolio. This field-based role acts as the SPOC, coordinating enrollment, benefit education, and access case resolution while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or access programs.
• Travel up to 20% including overnights; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and staff with education on oncology care and coverage.
• Educate provider offices on payer policies and assist with enrollment and prior authorization.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, REMS vendors, and internal teams as needed.
