Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients/caregivers across Oncology portfolio.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies.
• Support patient enrollment in PAP and guide through enrollment requirements.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Info, and Benefits Specialists as needed.
