Qualifications

• Experience using CRM/case-management platforms to document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff on coverage, reimbursement, and access.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for oncology products.
• Support enrollment in patient assistance programs and navigate enrollment requirements.
• Document interactions in CRM and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of data.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, and Benefits teams as needed.
