Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience, or access programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% with valid driver's license.
• Ability to navigate payer coverage, coding, and payment policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC guiding patients and providers through onboarding and access.
• Educate on coverage, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options within program rules.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, and Benefits Specialists as needed.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain compliance with HIPAA.
