Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a remote-based Patient Access Manager to serve as the primary contact for patients and caregivers within the Oncology portfolio. You will navigate coverage, enrollment, and reimbursement processes, guiding offices through prior authorization and appeal pathways while coordinating with Pharmacy and REMS teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in access-related fields, RN licensure preferred, and the ability to travel up to 20% within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or access navigation.
• Travel up to 20% including overnights; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff on oncology access and enrollment.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, payment policies, and assistance programs.
• Manage enrolment through PAP and program-specific resources; document interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, REMS vendors, and Benefits Specialists.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data separation between patient-facing and account-facing activities.
