Job summary

Handa Pharma is seeking a senior Key Account Manager, Oncology to lead territory execution in a remote/field-based role. You will engage oncologists, pharmacists, nurses and leadership to secure access, drive uptake, and deliver results for a new oncology launch.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in biopharma oncology, a proven ability to navigate health systems, and strong cross-functional collaboration. This role requires 20–40% travel and a focus on building a zero-to-one territory.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Minimum 5 years biopharmaceutical sales, 3+ years in specialty oncology.
• Proven success launching products and building territories from scratch.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics, formularies, and access.

Responsibilities

• Own territory performance by driving demand, adoption and meeting sales targets.
• Develop and execute account plans for priority oncology accounts.
• Build physician advocates to influence prescribing and practice adoption.
• Train prescribers and staff on appropriate use and dosing.
• Collaborate with Market Access and Medical Affairs on strategy and execution.
