Job summary

Handa Pharma seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager, Oncology, to lead tumor-focused account plans and drive adoption of our oncology portfolio across assigned geographies. The role emphasizes clinical advocacy among oncologists, pharmacists, and practice leadership, with emphasis on access and formulary outcomes.

The individual will collaborate with Market Access and Medical Affairs to navigate payer challenges, secure pathway inclusion, and deliver compliant, data-driven discussions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of biopharmaceutical sales experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals with oncology focus.
• Experience launching new products and building territories from the ground up.
• Ability to travel 20-40% and manage complex healthcare accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own territory performance and deliver on sales objectives.
• Develop and execute account plans for priority accounts.
• Develop physician advocates to influence prescribing and adoption.
• Train prescribers, nurses and pharmacy staff on therapy use.
• Resolve prior authorization and fulfillment barriers with field partners.
• Drive pull-through with specialty pharmacies and in-house dispensaries.
• Secure pathway inclusion and formulary listings with Market Access.
• Collaborate with internal teams to inform strategy and provide field insights.
