Merck is seeking an Oncology Customer Team Leader (District Sales Manager) to lead a field-based team across the Northwest district (WA, OR, ID, MT, WY). You will educate stakeholders about our oncology portfolio, partner with customers to address needs, and drive the vision to improve patient outcomes.

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience or 10 years in a related field with healthcare exposure.
• Strong relationships within customer organizations and domains.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% and reside near the district or airport for travel.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, lead, and manage Oncology Sales professionals for the district.
• Coach direct reports and oversee training and performance processes.
• Develop and resource the customer team to address needs.
• Maximize sales team performance and achieve sales and budget targets.
• Collaborate with Oncology Sales team and cross-functional partners.
• Develop business plans and execute national sales strategies.
• Communicate with district and cross-functional teams and share best practices.
• Lead district sales meetings and performance reviews.
