Merck in the United States is seeking an Oncology Customer Team Leader (District Sales Manager) for the Northwest District. This remote, field-based role will manage Oncology Sales Representatives/Specialists across WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, and travel to meet reports and customers.

You will recruit, coach, and drive the district to achieve sales targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of sales experience in pharma/healthcare.
• Ability to travel 50–75% and reside near district or major airport.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Hire, lead, and manage Oncology Sales professionals for the Northwest District.
• Coach direct reports and complete people management processes.
• Develop and resource the customer teams to address needs.
• Maximize sales team performance and hit sales/budget targets.
• Collaborate with Oncology Sales org and cross-functional teams.
• Develop business plans and implement national sales programs.
• Lead district sales meetings and conduct performance reviews.
