Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related areas.
• Travel up to 20% including overnights; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCPs on oncology access programs.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies; support case resolution and prior authorization processes.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and ensure HIPAA and compliance rules.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, and back-office Benefits Specialists as needed.
