• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or navigating insurance verification and prior authorization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, educating on oncology care and benefit discussions.
• Assist enrollment in GSK services and guide offices through enrollment requirements.
• Provide treatment education via approved materials and discuss ISI and PI with patients.
• Educate on coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
• Facilitate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, and back-office Benefits Specialists as needed.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud/CRM and adhere to HIPAA and compliance guidelines.
