Responsabilités

• Serve as field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff on coverage and access.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies using approved materials.
• Guide enrolment in GSK programs and manage case documentation in CRM.
• Escalate payer barriers and collaborate with specialists and sales teams.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant communications and accurate record-keeping.
