TRM Labs is seeking a Solutions Architect for the Onchain Compliance team. You will own the technical sales cycle for crypto exchanges, banks, fintechs, and payments companies, translating compliance needs into architectures and pilots.

You will build AI-assisted demos, design API integrations, and partner with account directors from discovery to close, then support customers as they go live, shaping TRM's platform roadmap with customer insight.

Competenze

• 5+ years in pre- and post-sales technical roles in AI-enabled environments.
• Experience scoping, implementing, and supporting API-based SaaS integrations.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC and sanctions screening.
• Daily use of AI tools with good judgment.
• Strong discovery and cross-opportunity prioritization.
• Bonus: blockchain fundamentals or AI-enabled workflows.

Mansioni

• Own the technical win on strategic onchain compliance deals.
• Build AI-assisted demos within days of discovery.
• Design and prove API integrations for alert triage, case management, and escalation.
• Build reusable AI-enabled demo and integration assets.
• Provide field insight back to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.
