Job summary

TRM Labs seeks a Group Product Manager to own the Onchain Compliance portfolio and lead PMs, driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for TRM's products serving financial institutions, fintechs, crypto businesses, and regulators.

You will hire and develop PMs, set direction with real metrics, and ship key initiatives including AI agents, while maintaining customer relationships and pursuing strategic deals to boost adoption, retention, and ARR.

Qualifications

• Own outcomes from discovery through launch to measurable business impact.
• AI-native execution: build agents and demo AI-enabled solutions.
• Bias for action: decide with incomplete information and ship quickly.
• Product taste: define what to build, cut, and ship with conviction.
• Experience leading PMs and driving growth across teams.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop PMs; provide direct feedback and growth plans.
• Set the vision for onchain compliance and prioritize for PMs with metrics.
• Stay hands-on on critical initiatives; prototype and ship AI agents.
• Build customer relationships and pursue strategic deals for ARR.
• Report on adoption, retention, and risk; unblock PMs early.
