Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Solutions Architect to own the technical win across strategic onchain compliance deals, partnering with account directors from discovery through close and onboarding. You will translate complex compliance requirements into a trusted architecture and pilot, while building AI-assisted demos to illustrate faster, automated workflows.

Qualifications

5+ years in pre- and post-sales technical roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer)
Hands-on experience scoping, implementing, and supporting API-based SaaS integrations
Familiarity with AML, KYC, sanctions screening, or transaction monitoring
Daily use of AI tools with judgment to verify outputs
Strong discovery and prioritization across multiple opportunities and clear communication with engineers and senior leaders

Responsibilities

Own the technical win on strategic onchain compliance deals, shaping the architecture customers trust and pilot success.
Build AI-assisted demos to showcase how TRM speeds compliance workflows.
Design and prove API integrations for alert triage, case management, and escalation.
Create reusable AI-enabled demo assets to accelerate deals and scale the team.
Provide field insights to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
