Job summary

TRM Labs seeks a Sales Enablement Manager for its Onchain Compliance GTM team. You will design and run AI-first onboarding, training, certification, and coaching programs to shorten time to productivity and improve field credibility in a rapidly evolving regulatory market.

You’ll partner with Sales Leadership, PMM, Product, and Deployment to translate crypto compliance topics into practical guidance, building scalable enablement assets and AI-driven development paths while maintaining high

Qualifications

5+ years in sales enablement or related GTM function (high-growth SaaS, fintech, crypto, or cybersecurity).
Ability to translate crypto/compliance topics into practical guidance with AI-enabled content.
Experience designing onboarding, training, and certification programs for sales or customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

Build AI-first onboarding, training, certification, and coaching programs for the GTM team.
Use real call and deal data to generate AI-driven content, roleplays, and practice materials.
Improve field performance and win rates through ongoing training and certification.
Create AI quality checks to ensure accuracy of compliance Content.
Ship AI agents and automations to scale enablement without heavy RevOps reliance.
