Job summary

TRM Labs is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager for Onchain Compliance. This role designs onboarding, training, certification, and coaching to shorten time to productivity for the field and runs enablement as an AI-first system.

You will partner with Sales Leadership, PMM, Product, and Deployment to scale value in a fast-moving regulatory market. You will build AI-driven training programs, roleplays, and talking tracks from real data, while delivering personalized development paths and AI quality

Qualifications

3–5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or related GTM function in high-growth SaaS/fintech/crypto.
Experience building onboarding, training, and certification programs for sales or customer-facing teams.
Ability to translate complex topics into simple, practical resources using AI to accelerate learning.
Hands-on with sales enablement tools and quick to adopt AI-based systems.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding, training, certification, and coaching for the Onchain Compliance GTM team.
Design AI-first enablement assets including knowledge checks and roleplays from real data.
Develop personalized development paths and AI-driven coaching signals for team members.
Build AI quality checks to keep compliance content accurate before customer conversations.
