Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Solutions Architect for the Onchain Compliance team. You will own the technical win across crypto exchanges, banks, fintechs, and payments companies, partnering with Account Directors from discovery through close and into live deployments.

You will translate compliance requirements into trusted architecture and pilot programs that prove value. You will build AI-assisted demos, design API integrations, and develop reusable assets so deals move faster while maintaining high

Qualifications

5+ years in pre- and post-sales technical roles in AI-enabled environments.
Experience scoping, implementing, and supporting API-based SaaS integrations.
Familiarity with AML, KYC, sanctions screening, or transaction monitoring.
Daily use of AI tools with judgment to verify outputs.
Strong discovery and prioritization across multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

Own the technical win on strategic onchain compliance deals using TRM's platform.
Build AI-assisted demos within days of discovery to show value.
Design and prove API integrations for alert triage, case management, and escalation.
Create reusable demo and integration assets to accelerate deals.
Provide field feedback to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.
