Job summary

Talentoma is seeking a Client Onboarding Agent to guide new clients through the initial steps of using services by phone, email, and service tickets. This fully remote role is based in Ohio, United States, and requires a 40-hour workweek with flexible days and shifts.

You will review requests, explain onboarding steps, log interactions in Copper, create or update tickets, coordinate handoffs, and follow up on missing details, ensuring accurate guidance and timely updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior experience required; related experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Copper and Gladly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work fully remote from a home-based desk.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Answer onboarding questions via phone, email, and tickets.
• Review requests for contact details, service needs, and setup steps.
• Explain onboarding steps and next actions clearly.
• Enter interactions in Copper CRM.
• Create or update service tickets with clear ownership.
• Coordinate handoffs with internal service teams.
• Follow up with clients on missing details or unfinished steps.
• Escalate urgent issues to the customer service team lead.
• Ensure guidance aligns with approved service information.
• Organize requests by status and priority and communicate progress.
• Meet quality expectations with timely responses and thorough notes.
• Participate in structured onboarding and training.
