Remote People is building a borderless workforce platform and seeks an Onboarding Specialist to guide clients and new hires through every step of international onboarding.

You will manage multiple cases, review employee information and documentation, prepare employment contracts, and coordinate country-specific requirements to ensure payroll and benefits are ready on day one.

Fluency in English and experience with global onboarding are essential in our fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, HR administration, or related client-facing roles.
• Experience supporting onboarding across multiple countries; familiarity with global employment practices.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for employees across multiple countries, from case intake to first day.
• Guide clients and employees through onboarding requirements, timelines, documents, and next steps.
• Review and verify employee information and documentation for accuracy and compliance before start date.
• Prepare employment contracts using internal templates and coordinate reviews and amendments.
• Coordinate country-specific onboarding requirements, including medical check-ups, visas, tax forms, and other local needs.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Finance, and Client Success to activate payroll and benefits on time.
• Manage multiple active cases, prioritising effectively with high accuracy.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding actions; flag risks early.
