Job summary

Talentoma is hiring a Client Onboarding Representative. This fully remote role supports clients with activation, profile completion, and first-use questions from Utah, United States.

You will work with the customer service team, tools like HubSpot, Freshdesk, and Calendly, and maintain clear, thorough notes to ensure a positive onboarding experience. The position requires a 40-hour weekly commitment, scheduling flexibility, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to guide clients through account setup and questions clearly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize requests and maintain organized notes.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor onboarding queue via calls, emails, and tickets to identify setup needs.
• Review requests for contact details, status, and required information before responding.
• Guide clients through activation, profile completion, and first-use steps with clear explanations.
• Log interactions and progress in a CRM (HubSpot) with accurate notes.
• Create/update service tickets in Freshdesk to show ownership and status.
• Coordinate onboarding meetings using scheduling tools like Calendly and follow up on steps.
• Route complex issues to the team lead or product support when needed.
• Use knowledge resources to provide consistent guidance and identify recurring questions.
• Maintain complete notes and confirm next steps with clients before closing a ticket.
• Meet quality targets with accuracy, timely turnaround, and dependable follow-up.
