Job summary

GoGlobal is seeking a Specialist, Onboarding (EMEA) to coordinate and deliver onboarding and implementation for new clients across the EMEA region, guiding the lifecycle from initiation to BAU and ensuring a smooth, positive client experience.

You will collaborate with Operations, Payroll, HR, Technology, Finance and Customer Success to manage timelines, validate data, prepare handovers, and drive process improvements for faster value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in client onboarding or related roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple onboarding activities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding across the EMEA region.
• Develop onboarding plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Collaborate with Operations, Payroll, HR, Technology, Finance and Customer Success.
• Support data setup and ensure data accuracy.
• Handover onboarding to BAU delivery teams.
• Maintain onboarding documentation and trackers.
