Wordly seeks an Onboarding Specialist fluent in German and English to drive customer success through effective onboarding and implementation. You will be the main client contact during initial setup, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs and goals.

You will lead coaching sessions, answer questions via video and email, and advocate for customers to inform product and marketing. This role embraces remote work and offers strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English, with clear communication across audiences.
• Experience on onboarding new customers and guiding them through implementation.
• Familiar with CRM platforms and delivering training sessions.
• Interest in events and event technology to engage users.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new clients and serve as the primary contact during initial setup.
• Own onboarding timelines and coordinate with internal teams.
• Lead onboarding kick-offs, training workshops, and escalation calls.
• Train customers on platform usage via video and email, providing expert guidance.
• Provide technical and consultative support and share best practices.
• Advise on onboarding playbook improvements and customer needs.
