Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, Onboarding or Account Management.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for virtual education.
• Advanced English proficiency with clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new customer accounts by configuring key settings such as company information, logos, agreements and pricing.
• Guide customers through onboarding via phone and email; schedule and conduct virtual onboarding meetings.
• Conduct engaging virtual training sessions to help customers understand and adopt the software.
• Manage a mix of scheduled sessions and independent account setup tasks with timing and accuracy.
• Build rapport with customers and identify opportunities to introduce additional features.
