Job summary

Connecteam is seeking an Onboarding Manager to guide new customers from partnership handoff through a successful payroll launch. This client-facing, hands-on role blends project management, system configuration, payroll-process understanding and cross-functional coordination.

You will work with customers and partner Implementation Managers and internal Connecteam teams to ensure employee data, time tracking, PTO, payroll rules and payroll integrations are configured correctly for a smooth

Qualifications

• Experience managing onboarding and implementation projects for payroll-related software.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication.
• Ability to translate client requirements into Connecteam configurations.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer onboarding process from handoff to go-live and payroll stabilization.
• Lead discovery and solution design to translate workflows into Connecteam setup.
• Configure integrations and account settings for Connecteam.
• Deliver training and manage stakeholders across customer, partner, Sales, Support, Product and Leadership.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate payroll-impacting risks with the appropriate owner.
