Job summary

CareTalk Health is a national virtual medical practice specializing in Clinical Process Outsourcing (CPO). We are fully remote and fast-growing, with a collaborative culture focused on scalable onboarding and giving employees real ownership.

We seek a recruiting coordinator to own the new hire experience from offer through Day 1, coordinating with Recruiting, HR, IT, Training and Operations. This role is fully remote across the United States and offers room to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination, onboarding, or HR operations.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and a process-oriented mindset with documentation and improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the new hire experience from offer acceptance through Day 1, ensuring pre-employment activities are completed on time.
• Serve as the primary contact for accepted candidates and coordinate with Recruiting, HR, IT, Training, and Operations.
