Wider Circle is seeking a remote Healthcare Onboarding Training Facilitator on a contract basis to onboard non-clinical frontline staff and future roles across the country. You’ll deliver live video onboarding to Care Navigators and other hires, coaching them to build trust with patients, complete health assessments, and use our care tools.

You’ll adapt curricula, provide real-time coaching, grade assessments, and feed feedback to improve materials.

Formación

• Experience facilitating training in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Experience delivering live remote training to cohorts.
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
• Ability to give direct, actionable feedback.
• Instructional design experience to improve materials.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate live video onboarding sessions for new hires nationwide.
• Role-play, coach in real time, and adjust pacing for cohorts.
• Administer assessments and provide clear feedback on assignments.
• Coordinate cohort schedules and manage session logistics.
