Job summary

Wider Circle seeks a remote Healthcare Onboarding Training Facilitator to join our Learning & Development team on a contract basis. The role primarily onboarding non-clinical frontline staff, with a mix of training needs shifting as hiring evolves across the country.

Training is delivered live over video conference to nationwide new hires, focusing on onboarding Care Navigators and building trust with patients.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating training in healthcare or regulated environments with HIPAA.
• Experience delivering live, remote training to cohorts with role-play and real-time coaching.
• Strong scheduling and coordination to manage multiple cohorts and calendars.
• Ability to give direct, actionable feedback on assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of guiding virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live remote onboarding sessions to new hires via video conference.
• Coordinate cohort schedules with hiring managers and track attendance.
• Grade final assessments and provide actionable feedback.
• Update training materials based on field feedback.
• Support other training programs and maintain LMS records.
