Cribl is seeking an Onboarding Program Owner to architect and scale end-to-end onboarding for regional sales, SEs, and CS roles. You will blend instructional design with AI-driven roleplay and collaborate with leadership to accelerate time-to-productivity and lift revenue contribution.

The role requires 5+ years in sales enablement with hands-on curriculum design, plus fluency in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message. We offer a remote-first environment and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years owning onboarding for quota-carrying or technical sellers.
• Hands-on instructional designer and engaging facilitator with curricula and certifications.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
• Data-driven mindset with RevOps collaboration to link enablement to ARR growth.

Aufgaben

• Architect and maintain role-based onboarding journeys for sales, technical, and post-sales roles.
• Plan, facilitate and deliver multi-day bootcamps with executive SMEs.
• Develop AI-driven practice scenarios and knowledge checks.
• Design post-onboarding baselines and coaching readouts.
• Partner with managers to scale mentorship and handoff processes.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to track ramp and ARR metrics.
