Jobscan is seeking a Customer Enablement Specialist to bridge signed contracts and thriving customers. You will lead onboarding, deliver live training, and curate educational resources across university, outplacement, and enterprise partners.

This role suits a proactive communicator who drives product adoption, simplifies complex concepts, and guides partners toward long-term success while working in a fully remote, international environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer education, training, instructional design, or customer operations.
• Comfortable facilitating live virtual training with diverse audiences (faculty, students, HR professionals).
• Strong written communication; can produce guides, newsletters, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and initial implementation sessions; deliver live training; manage training schedules.
• Own and update customer-facing educational resources (Resume Builder, AI Optimizer, LinkedIn guides, Knowledge Base, video library, FAQs).
• Build adoption programs (Train-the-Trainer, semester kits, email sequences) to accelerate value realization.
• Coordinate onboarding-phase campaigns with Marketing; provide CS briefs for assets production.
• Own onboarding-phase HubSpot updates, meeting summaries, training schedules, and resource distribution.
• Track webinar attendance and adoption metrics; report training effectiveness to CS leadership.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows as defined by CS leadership; monitor and tweak processes.
