• Experience implementing software solutions for enterprise-level partners in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with onboarding tools such as Vitally, Monday.com, Smartsheet or CRMs like Salesforce.
• Strong technical skills including comfort navigating integrations, APIs, or troubleshooting implementation issues.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional partner experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
• Experience building scalable onboarding workflows, playbooks, or training materials.
• Ability to pilot new processes, embrace ambiguity, and iterate quickly.
• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and scale processes across teams.
• Ability to manage onboarding projects with clear timelines and milestones.
• Demonstrated ownership of outcomes with a results-driven approach.
• Fast-paced work style with a focus on accelerating time-to-value for partners.
• Commitment to excellence in detail, timelines, and continuous improvement.
• Ambition to build a first-of-its-kind onboarding function.
• Ability to contribute independently and within a lean team.
• Exposure to EdTech or fundraising workflows, especially in Higher Education and K-12.

Responsibilities

• Own the Onboarding Process: main contact for enterprise partners during onboarding and guide them through timelines and platform adoption.
• Accelerate Time-to-Value: streamline onboarding workflows, reduce timelines, and suggest product improvements with Product.
• Create Repeatable Playbooks: develop scalable processes, onboarding templates, and best practices.
• Ensure Alignment Across Teams: collaborate with Success Operations, Sales, Product, and Partner Operations.
• Deliver a Best-in-Class Experience: engage partners and build trusted relationships during onboarding.
• Measure and Improve Success: track onboarding metrics and drive improvements based on feedback.
• On-site Enterprise Engagement: pioneer in-person touchpoints during onboarding with at least one site visit per school.
