Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in service desk, end-user support, field services, or system administration required; OR minimum of 5 years of progressive Technology experience.
• CompTIA A+ and/ or Network+ certification preferred.
• Microsoft Associate-level certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support across headquarters, regional offices, and job sites.
• Administrate endpoints, deploy devices, and manage Intune enrollment and compliance policies.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ITSM platform and contribute to knowledge base.
• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 accounts and access controls.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, and office deployments across locations.
