Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide on-site and remote software/hardware support. You will manage tickets in Jira Service Management, configure endpoints with the latest software, and assist with inventory and asset management across the tech fleet.

The role requires 3+ years in a service desk, strong PC/Apple hardware knowledge, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret clearance. Travel and weekly on-call rotation are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a service desk or IT support role.
• Excellent knowledge of PC and Apple hardware.
• Extremely detail-oriented and meticulous in work.
• Experience with a ticketing system and managing a ticket queue.
• Must participate in a weekly on-call rotation.
• Must be able to travel if necessary.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for software and hardware.
• Handle tickets in the Jira Service Management system.
• Identify persistent problems and escalate to engineering.
• Configure Windows, Linux and Apple endpoints with latest software and security stack.
• Maintain inventory and asset management of endpoint hardware.
• Support license administration for end-user software (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc).
• Identify knowledge articles and SOPs for end users and internal IT.
• Assist with ongoing operational improvements and projects.
