Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a System Administrator to deliver both on-site and remote IT support. You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac environments, manage M365, Active Directory, and server issues, and assist with line-of-business apps.

Qualifications

• Three years of IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac environments.
• Experience with MSPs is highly desirable.
• M365 administration and Active Directory experience.
• Knowledge of servers and virtualization.
• Basic firewall and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues on Windows or Mac.
• Address printer and peripheral issues.
• Troubleshoot Office and business applications.
• Support SAGE ERP and QuickBooks with vendor assistance.
• Administer M365 services and user accounts.
• Troubleshoot server-related problems.
• Handle basic to intermediate networking and VPNs.
• Serve as escalation point for technicians.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours/weekend support.
