Job summary

No Worries Care is seeking a remote On Call Scheduling Coordinator to manage after-hours calls as an independent contractor (1099). Coverage begins when offices close and continues overnight, with shifts designed to fit alongside other commitments. You will answer, triage, and escalate as needed to keep clients and caregivers supported.

This side role values reliability, timely communication, and accurate note-taking, with a $60 monthly cell phone stipend to aid your setup.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of scheduling experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or dispatch.
• Calm, friendly and decisive on the phone, even late evening.
• Familiarity with scheduling software, WellSky or ClearCare a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer after-hours calls and messages from caregivers, clients, and families.
• Manage caregiver call-offs and fill shifts by contacting up to five caregivers.
• Make and update schedule changes in scheduling software.
• Triage client concerns and route to the right team member.
• Log calls and provide a clear handoff note each morning.
