Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home of CNY is seeking an On-Call Coordinator to provide caregiver and client support beyond regular office hours and on weekends. You will handle after-hours calls, resolve scheduling issues, monitor email, and maintain an On-Call log while performing tasks requested by office staff.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of administrative experience (preferably healthcare), and reliable device with internet access for shift coverage. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Must have reliable phone, tablet or computer with internet access during shift.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Answer all calls outside regular hours (weekdays 4:30 pm–8:00 am; weekends/holidays 8:00 am–8:00 am).
• Politely and efficiently resolve client service or scheduling issues.
• Monitor the On-Call email and respond as needed.
• Maintain an On-Call log of events during shift.
• Perform any other tasks requested by Touching Hearts Office Staff.
