You will answer after-hours calls, resolve scheduling issues, coordinate caregiver coverage, document updates in our scheduling system, and deliver compassionate customer service.

Qualifications

• Scheduling or customer service experience required.
• Home care or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning scheduling/care management software.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Answer after-hours calls from clients, families, and caregivers.
• Help resolve scheduling and care-related issues.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules and coverage.
• Support field caregivers and elevate urgent concerns when needed.
• Document calls and updates in our scheduling system.
• Provide professional, compassionate customer service.
