Job summary

Access TeleCare, LLC is seeking a Remote Clinical Coordinator for the overnight shift. This full-time role supports hospitals and physicians through consult preparation, coordination, and remote tech support.

You will work in a 24/7 virtual hospital environment, managing calls, coordinating paperwork, and ensuring excellence in patient care while adapting to a fast-paced telemedicine organization. The position requires weekend/holiday coverage and a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in call centers, healthcare, or IT environments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to learn software and work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with hospital staff and Access TeleCare physicians for patient care.
• Answer calls and accurately record patient information.
• Coordinate paperwork and ensure images and setups are ready for consults.
• Provide Tier 1 technical support and hand off to Tier 2 IT when needed.
• Operate in a remote, 24/7 virtual hospital environment and meet SLA goals.
