ComForCare - McLean VA is seeking a dependable Weekend On-Call Coordinator to support clients, families, and caregiving team. This remote role ensures smooth operations during off-hours and helps maintain exceptional care.

The position requires strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail, with a weekend-first schedule and occasional weekday off-hours. Residence in the Washington, DC metro area is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet time-sensitive needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer agency calls, monitor voicemail, email, and Text-Em-All messages.
• Respond promptly to clients, families, caregivers, and prospective clients.
• Document inquiries in Intake Summary Form and notify owner.
• Coordinate caregiver scheduling, fill call-offs and open shifts.
• Ensure next-day shifts are fully staffed by end of on-call day.
• Report concerns and incidents to supervisory staff.
• Participate in weekly client status calls with office staff and nurses.
