The Caregiving Company is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to ensure shifts are staffed by managing caregiver schedules and real-time coverage. You will match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and compatibility while remaining flexible to respond to call-outs and urgent staffing needs.

This full-time role, Mon-Fri with on-call rotation, emphasizes organized administration and clear communication to minimize gaps in care and optimize caregiver utilization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling, dispatch, or coordination experience.
• Experience with Google Suite and scheduling software.
• Healthcare or home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain weekly caregiver schedules
• Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and needs
• Respond to call-outs, no-shows, and last-minute changes
• Secure shift coverage quickly to avoid gaps in care
• Communicate schedule updates with caregivers and clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records
• Monitor coverage, overtime, and caregiver utilization
• Coordinate with recruiting team on staffing needs
