Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Performance Consultant II to build strong relationships with OEM corporate and field teams as well as dealership clients. You will ensure customer needs drive priorities, decisions, and activities to maximize product utilization and retention.

Responsibilities include on-site and remote consulting, quarterly KPI reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to promote program growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years experience with OEM dealer groups or industry vendors.
• Minimum of 1 year working directly with dealerships in advisory or account management role.
• Understanding of dealership operations and processes across enterprise and dealership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with OEM and dealership clients to improve retention and product utilization.
• Provide consultative recommendations and actionable insights to increase usage across products and services.
• Lead on-site consultations and quarterly KPI reviews with OEM teams and dealerships.
• Deliver proactive CRM as primary contact post-implementation of Xtime's products.
• Travel up to 75% and manage travel in line with company guidelines.
