Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing, LLC is seeking a Digital OEM Team Lead to set the digital strategy, oversee program performance and compliance, and manage a team of Digital Marketing Analysts across OEM campaigns.

You will serve as the primary liaison for day-to-day OEM program needs and collaborate with the OEM Program Management team to align strategies with client objectives, while leading special initiatives and optimization efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional experience specifically within Automotive digital strategy/client support.
• Proficiency in Google, Microsoft & Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficiency with reporting and measurement tools, i.e., Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage, guide, and hold accountable a team of OEM Digital Analysts and offshore resources.
• Set overarching digital campaign strategies and support QBR delivery and RFP proposals.
• Lead special launches, new strategy/pilot architecture, Boost fulfillment, heavy-up implementations, and customized social campaigns.
• Act as the primary daily liaison between Digital Operations and OEM Program Management for cross-team alignment.
