Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Performance Consultant II for the Xtime OEM program. The role focuses on customer retention, product utilization, and consultative guidance for dealership clients and OEM teams. Expect up to 75% travel; remote work is possible when not traveling.

The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, deliver actionable insights, and support enterprise customers through Xtime products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 2 years experience with OEM dealer groups or similar
• Minimum of 1 year working directly with dealerships, preferably in advisory or account management
• Strong understanding of dealership processes and operational readiness in enterprise and dealership contexts
• Ability to discuss technical issues clearly with non-technical customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication; highly organized and adaptable

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and remote consultations with dealership personnel and OEM teams to promote retention and growth
• Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on reducing churn and increasing product utilization
• Build and maintain relationships with OEM corporate and field teams and dealerships
• Lead monthly KPI reviews and present insights to drive action and improved outcomes
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and training on Xtime products to enterprise customers
• Represent Cox Automotive at national dealer and industry events
