Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Performance Consultant II to build and maintain strong relationships with OEM corporate teams and dealership clients, driving product utilization and retention. You will deliver consultative recommendations and insights to improve performance across Xtime products and services.

Expect up to 75% travel, with remote work when not traveling, and responsibility for on-site and virtual engagements, KPI reviews, and dealer group presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 2+ years of OEM dealer group or vendor experience.
Experience working directly with dealerships; advisory or account management background preferred.
Strong understanding of dealership operations and processes; ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with OEM corporate/field teams and dealership clients.
Provide consultative recommendations and actionable insights to increase product utilization.
Travel up to 75%; conduct on-site consultations and some remote interactions.
Lead monthly KPI reviews and participate in OEM meetings to review activity and value.
Provide L2/L3 technical support and post-implementation relationship management.
