Job summary

Cox Enterprises, through Xtime and COX Automotive, is seeking a Performance Consultant II to build strong OEM and dealership relationships, deliver consultative insights, and promote product utilization. The role emphasizes on-site client engagement with significant travel while maintaining remote work when not traveling.

The candidate will collaborate across OEM teams, provide training and support, and monitor KPIs to drive retention and program growth.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years in OEM dealer groups or industry vendors.
• Minimum 1 year working with dealerships in advisory or account management capacity.
• Strong understanding of dealership processes and operation readiness in enterprise and dealership contexts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with OEM corporate and field teams and dealership clients to drive retention and product utilization.
• Provide consultative recommendations and actionable insights to increase client product utilization across products and services.
• Lead on-site and remote consultations with dealership decision makers according to OEM program objectives.
• Present monthly KPI reviews and quarterly value discussions with OEM regional management.
• Deliver L2/L3 technical support and training for enterprise customers as requested.
• Act as escalation point for high churn risk accounts and drive action plans to reduce churn.
