Job summary

Cox Enterprises in Minnesota seeks a Performance Consultant II to build and sustain relationships with OEM corporate and field teams and dealership clients, ensuring client needs drive priorities, decisions and activities to maximize retention and product utilization.

You will proactively engage dealership decision makers with consultative recommendations to boost product utilization across Xtime and OEM programs, travel up to 75% and work remotely when not traveling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 2 years OEM/dealer experience
• Minimum 1 year working directly with dealerships in advisory or account management roles
• Understanding of dealership processes and operational readiness in enterprise and dealership contexts
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel ~75% and operate remotely when not traveling

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with OEM corporate and field teams and dealership clients to drive retention and product utilization
• Provide consultative recommendations and actionable insights to increase client product utilization
• Lead on-site and remote activities per OEM program objectives and travel requirements
• Prepare and present monthly KPI reviews and business best practices
• Support enterprise customers with L2/L3 technical assistance and post-implementation guidance
• Represent Cox Automotive and Xtime at national dealer events and conferences
